Burned Out, But Not Burned Down

Have you ever found yourself at the bottom of a (metaphorical) pit?

You look around in the dark and have no idea how you got there.

Or maybe… you do.
Maybe you can trace every step.
Every tiny choice that chipped away at your soul.

Or maybe you were so deep in survival mode that by the time you came up for air—there you were.

That’s how I got here.

And whether it snuck up or stormed in, you look around and think:

“My life was never supposed to be this way.”
“What the hell happened?”
Or maybe both.

That’s what I did.
And the lid of the jar holding my life together popped off.
I raged.
I cried.
I hated.
Sadness cloaked me deeper than any weighted blanket could.

And then—I dared to hope.

A tiny thing. The smallest spark.

What if?

What if it wasn’t too late?

What if I could still live the life I dreamed of, tucked deep in the aching corners of my heart?

So I picked myself up.

I was reborn.

And now…
Let me share my journey with you.

From the Ashes, I Built Tools

I didn’t rise from the pit with answers.
But I came out holding a pen, a printer, and a whole lot of rage, reflection, and hope.

I began to rebuild – one printable at a time.

I didn’t want tools that judged me or ignored the mess.
I wanted ones that saw me. Saw the rage, the softness, the spiral… and still held space.

So I made them.
One pack at a time—each one for a version of me trying to survive.

These aren’t just printables. They’re pieces of my rising.

Here’s what I’ve built so far:

Fire & Fuel

A pack for bodies that are temples… or train wrecks.
Track your food, hydration, movement, rest, and rewards—without shame. Whether you’re rage-walking through your emotions or just proud you drank a glass of water, this is your space. Fuel yourself like the magnificent, exhausted creature you are.

Feelings & Fire

Gentle tools for big spirals, deep sadness, stubborn survival, and maybe a moment of hope.
This is the soft center of the storm—the pages that remind you you’re allowed to fall apart and still count it as growth.
Reflections, validation, and quiet self-rescue kits included.

Fire & Focus

For the days you want to chase dreams, and the days you want to throw them out the window.
This pack is for setting goals, rerouting them, grieving them, and trying again anyway. With reward systems, reflection prompts, and permission to pivot, this one’s for the glorious, imperfect attempt.

Ashes to Assets

Because budgeting doesn’t have to be soul-destroying.
Start with the basics: budgeting, investing, lost super, and making extra income when your brain is too tired for adulting. Whether you’re broke, rebuilding, or just trying to get your future fireproofed, this one’s got you.

Fidgets & Flowcharts

Visuals, routines, and emotional survival tools for classrooms, chaos, and tiny humans with giant feelings.
From Full Body Listening to Blurt Alerts to Zones of Regulation, this pack is for teachers, parents, and anyone trying to herd gremlins through their day with some kind of structure. Bonus: less meltdowns (for you and them).

Rage & Rebirth

Themed packs to match your moods and mythical identity.
Whether you feel like a goat-charging war beast, a phoenix mid-flameout, or a bookish introvert gently falling apart, these aesthetic bundles give you printables that get it. Magic, grief, motivation, farm vibes, hope, and more—coming soon.

Ashes & Art

Don’t just print it—transform it.
This creative pack helps you turn used printables into art projects, expression pieces, and moments of healing.
Because even burned-out checkboxes deserve a second life.

Farm & Flame

This is the dream.

It’s not just land. It’s not just goats.
It’s peace.
It’s safety.
It’s waking up somewhere that feels like yours.
It’s growing things that feed you—body, mind, and soul.
It’s quiet joy. Loud chickens. Self-sufficiency. Freedom.

Farm & Flame is where all the pieces come together:
The budgeting.
The goals.
The habits.
The things you’re learning, saving, building—even when it feels like you’re getting nowhere.

This pack holds that sacred space.
It’s for tracking your progress. Naming your goals. Honoring the dream, even when it still feels far away.

Because it’s not too late.
You are not too far behind.
And your future farm is out there, waiting to be built from fire and hope and the tiniest of steps.

I don’t have all the answers.
But I have pages. And fire. And a goat or two.
So if you’re here, welcome.

Let’s try again, together.Light a candle. Hug a goat. Download a page.
Whatever you do—make it yours.
You’re allowed to start again.
As many times as it takes.
