Children of the Tide

Tiny Creatures, Big Feelings: Meet the Children of the Tide

I am a firm believer that everyone — and everything — deserves its own mascot.
And not just one mascot… they should have a mascot that meets them where they are.

A mascot for every mood.
A mascot for every activity.

Did you wake up and choose violence today?
Have a mascot.

Are the stormy grey clouds and endless rain dragging you down?
Have a mascot.

Need to drag yourself to the gym but don’t have a training buddy?
Here — have a mascot.

Cooking up a storm?
Another mascot.

But why?
You might be asking.
And so I’ll tell you.

It’s because sometimes, a little creature on the page believing in you is all it takes to keep going.

While I don’t yet have a mascot for every mood or every activity…
it’s time I introduced you to our newest companions.

I’ll be introducing each of them properly in future posts — who they are, what they’re for, and the tiny truths they carry.
But if you’re eager to meet them all up close, or if you’d like a head start with a soft and spark-filled printable version…

You can find the full “Children of the Tide” book over on my Etsy shop.

It’s full of mood, magic, and mascots who are quietly cheering you on.

Because you deserve to be met where you are.
And maybe, just maybe… that place needs a little mascot.

If you could have a mascot for one feeling or task, what would it be?
